Chin

 

 

The chin line develops between the lower lip border and the chin (it also presents as dimples in the chin).  It's caused by an active mentalis muscle and is very easy to treat and improve with botulinum toxin.  If there is a mild deficiency skeletally or lack of volume then combination treatment with botulinum toxin and fillers is recommended.

 

A popular small area to be treated with botulinum toxin, it can improve the effect of treatment when combined with botulinum toxin in the marionettes and when a nefertiti lift is being performed.

 

Injections are placed in the mentalis muscle in two separate spots, one either side of the midline.
