Are there any side effects?
Tooth whitening has been extensively researched and it has been found that a typical course of whitening has the same effect on the teeth as drinking a glass of cola. Sensitivity during treatment or for a few days after is the most frequently reported side effect. If this happens it usually disappears of its own accord soon after treatment has stopped, and can be eased by using a sensitive gel.
How many treatments will I need?
This can be as quick as 4 weeks, if you apply the gel using the tray every second night, but depending upon your lifestyle habits and degree of sensitivity it may take longer.
What results can I expect?
Our whitening system is able to give results up to 6 shades whiter than your natural tooth colouring in less than 4 weeks. So the results you will see depend upon the shade of your teeth to begin with.
